Startupcamp, a membership based course is backed by the Rainmaker platform, a packaged WordPress, membership, podcast, blog, etc. platform. While there are a number of themes that are included, Startupcamp needed to stand out from the rest. We set out to build a theme that was both beautiful and functional, driven by countless behind the scenes modifications and custom functions to bring this learning platform to the top of its game.
Utilizing a Genesis theme we built several fully custom page templates for blog posts, archive pages, podcast pages, and most importantly the curriculum dashboard. New widgets were created that allows for injecting popular blog posts into the post archives, customizable call-to-actions shortcodes, real time page views from Google Analytics and more.
